Olivia has worked globally as a trainer and coach across many sectors, impacting thousands of leaders. She is an accredited coach with an NLP focus and Everything DiSC Practitioner. Olivia transitioned to training and coaching after a successful career as a senior account manager in the FMCG sector working with brands such as Toblerone, Philadelphia, Kenco, and Warburtons.
Olivia brings energy, and natural ability to connect with her audience / clients whilst not being afraid to authentically challenge the status quo. She gets to the core of the challenge with her natural curiosity and creating the safe space for vulnerability and openness. Her passion and experience with guidance on "How" naturally encourages interaction, engagement and change.
Olivia spends many weekends supporting her 3 sporty children on the side of a rugby or hockey pitch. She loves the outdoors as well as spending time with friends and family. She's a book geek and always learning.
Holidays are with a sense of adventure. She much prefers a skiing over a beach any day!
